We are looking for an officer who ensures will undertake administrative tasks, ensuring the rest of the staff has adequate support to work efficiently, smooth running of our company’s offices and contributes in driving sustainable growth.



  • Provide administrative supports to the team
  • Coordinate with all departments of the Head Office as required
  • Perform accounting tasks including invoicing, dealing with vendors, issuing PR and budget tracking
  • Create and update records in financial, revenue and other data to be up-to-date
  • Keep stock of office supplies and place orders when necessary
  • Coordinating office activities, in-house events, workshop and operations to secure efficiency and compliance to company policies
  • Screen the contract or related documents and coordinate with legal team
  • Ensuring effective management of day to day HR internal operational matters
  • To deal with other ad-hoc duties as and when required



  • At least Bachelor’s in Business Administration/ Accounting/ Law or related field
  • Minimum of 2-3 years working experience in office administration.
  • Basic knowledge of accounting principles, financial principles or basic law principles would be an advantage.
  • Outstanding communication and interpersonal abilities
  • Familiarity with office management procedures
  • Strong interpersonal skill, communication skill, problem solving, prioritization, Proactive handling and teamwork with ability to meet deadlines.
  • Positive and forward thinking, ‘CAN DO” attitude, strong work ethic, details oriented and commitment to excellence
  • Can speak English Fluently
